Graphic Design
Since about nine years old, I have been fascinated with graphic design. I began my graphic design journey on Inkscape, a program built for Linux operating systems. Since then, my focus has shifted toward the Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, Fresco, and other vector graphic programs). My favorite way to create is on my iPad, where I have the most mobility and can use a stylus to carefully craft tiny details!
Advertising and Public Relations Work
As a student of UNC-Chapel Hill's Hussman School of Journalism and Media, I have had the privilege of working on many Advertising and Public Relations campaigns for real-life clients, such as Coca Cola, the Jordan Brand, and more. Not only have these campaigns exposed me to the world of creative briefs and client management, but I have also gained valuable experience working with many different teams and discovering how to get the best result out of everyone's collaboration and contributions!
Photography
My love for photography presents itself in many funny ways in my life. Before a recent cleanup, my phone stored 18,000 photos, but I was able to narrow this down to 13,000 (...is that any better?). It is no wonder that I love photography, and I encounter so many places, scenes, objects, and more during my daily life that I can't help but appreciate through a photograph. I have always had a "live in the moment" type philosophy, but there is still something I find so special about being able to not only visualize a memory in your head but to see it in front of you, whether it was 10 days, 10 months, or 10 years ago.
